1. What this Policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Timecampus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Timecampus", "we", "us") uses cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, pixels, web beacons and similar technologies (together, "cookies") on:
- the TimeCampus website at
timecampus.com(marketing pages, pricing, contact and request forms) and the documentation site atdocs.timecampus.com; - the TimeCampus product frontend at
app.timecampus.com; - the TimeCampus mobile applications (where they store local state).
It supplements our Privacy Policy at timecampus.com/privacy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are, and how we categorise them
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. "Similar technologies" — local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons and pixels — work differently but raise the same privacy questions, so this Policy covers them too.
We use three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required to operate the site or product: signing in, keeping your session secure, protecting against bots and attacks, and remembering your cookie choices. You cannot switch these off and still use the Service.
- Functional — remember choices you make, such as light or dark theme, your progress through an interactive guide, or the conversation in the Explore assistant, so the site behaves the way you set it up.
- Analytics — measure how the website is used so we can fix problems and improve it. We use Rybbit, which does not set cookies or use local storage (see §4).
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking technologies, and we do not use any technology to profile employees or team members — analytics measure how the software is used, not how to evaluate a worker.

4. Rybbit — our website analytics
We use Rybbit Cloud (rybbit.com), a privacy-focused analytics service, on timecampus.com.
- Rybbit does not set cookies or use local storage. It records page URLs, referrers, campaign parameters, browser, operating system, device type and the visitor's country and region.
- Your IP address is used transiently to work out your country and region and is not stored. Visitors are distinguished by anonymous, rotating session identifiers.
- Rybbit processes the data only to provide the analytics service to us. We do not sell analytics data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
- Even though Rybbit is cookieless, we treat it as optional: the Rybbit script loads only if you choose Accept all or switch on Analytics in the preferences centre.
5. How we ask for consent
- Everyone. On your first visit to
timecampus.comwe show a banner with three choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences to choose category by category. Until you choose, only strictly necessary technologies run. Your choice is stored on your device (timecampus-cookie-consent) for 12 months, after which we ask again. - Change your mind at any time at timecampus.com/cookies/preferences, linked from the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal and you have not explicitly opted in, we treat it as a refusal of analytics. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- India. This layered notice — the banner plus this Policy — is designed to meet the notice and consent principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000 SPDI Rules.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland. Non-essential technologies are opt-in, in line with the ePrivacy Directive, the UK PECR and the Swiss FADP.

- adjust your choices in our cookie preferences centre at timecampus.com/cookies/preferences;
- delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings (strictly necessary items cannot be disabled without breaking the Service);
- use browser features like Private / Incognito mode, anti-tracking lists, or extensions;
- transmit a Global Privacy Control signal — we honour it as a US opt-out signal.
