Privacy requests

Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, stop using it, or look into a complaint.

Before you start

Using TimeCampus through work? Your employer or client controls the data in their workspace. Ask their administrator first; we help them answer you. You can still send the request here and we will pass it on and tell you.
We confirm it is you. We reply to the email address you give and may ask you to confirm from the address on your account before we act.
How long it takes. We answer within 30 days (DPDP Act, GDPR, UK GDPR) or 45 days (California), and tell you if we need to extend as the law allows.
